RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our promotions and sweepstakes, all sales on Phantom 4 are final.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders. Once an order is placed, it is automatically and immediately sent to our sweepstakes agency, and all associated entries are submitted and officially recorded at that time.

Because entries are finalized upon purchase, we are unable to cancel, modify, refund, or reverse orders once they are completed.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your purchase is final
  • Your sweepstakes entries are submitted instantly upon checkout
  • Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not permitted

Return to Sender / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to sender or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or carrier issues, our team will reach out to you via email using the contact information provided at checkout.

We will work with you to determine the next steps to successfully deliver your order to your door. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the reason for the return and the carrier’s policies. Returned or failed deliveries do not qualify for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement at our discretion. This does not qualify for a refund.
