At Phantom 4, we work hard to ship every order as efficiently as possible. Please review the details below before completing your purchase.

Processing & Shipping Timelines

Limited items (including Mystery Boxes, Backpacks, and giveaway-related products) typically ship within approximately 3 weeks.

Standard products typically ship within 7–10 business days.

Due to the high demand that can occur during active giveaways, it is unlikely—but possible—that limited items or any order may take up to 6 weeks to ship.

Shipping times may vary depending on when your order is placed during a giveaway period and overall order volume.

Multiple Shipments

We ship from multiple fulfillment warehouses. Because of this, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments and at different times. Tracking information will be provided as each package ships.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All sales are final.

We do not allow order cancellations, refunds, or order modifications once an order is placed. This is because sweepstakes entries are automatically and immediately submitted at the time of purchase and cannot be reversed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to populate after receiving your shipping confirmation.
